Refund, Cancellation, and Payment Disputes Policy

At Carretos Junk Removal & Demo LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we work hard to provide reliable junk removal and demolition services. This policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued, how cancellations work, and how we handle non‑payment or disputes.
1. General Refund Policy
Because our services involve time, labor, equipment, and scheduling reserved specifically for your job, all sales are generally final once a service has been completed.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are only considered in limited situations as described in this policy.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling by the Customer
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible by phone at 401-919-4794 or email at Junkremoval401@gmail.com.

If you cancel well in advance of the scheduled appointment, no cancellation fee will usually apply.

If you cancel last minute (for example, when we are already on the way or arrive at the property) or you are not present and we cannot complete the job, we may charge a fee to cover our time, travel, and the loss of that appointment slot.
3. Service Issues and Complaints
If you believe there is a problem with the service you received, you must contact us within 24–48 hours of job completion at Junkremoval401@gmail.com or 401-919-4794.
We may ask for photos, a description of the issue, or an opportunity to return to the job site to review and, where reasonable, try to fix the problem.
4. Situations Where Refunds or Partial Credits May Be Considered
At our sole discretion, we may offer a partial refund, discount, or corrective visit in situations such as:

A clear mistake on our part (for example, agreed‑upon items were not removed).

A reasonable misunderstanding that can be corrected by additional service.
Any refund, credit, or additional service is decided case by case and is not automatic.
5. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Provided
Refunds will generally not be provided when:

You change your mind after the service has been completed.

You were not present and the work was performed as described and agreed.

Access, safety, or item conditions were different from what was explained at booking (for example, blocked access, hazardous materials, or significantly more items than originally described).

Normal wear, marks, or minor cosmetic issues occur from moving large or heavy items in tight or difficult spaces.
6. Deposits (If Required)
For some jobs, we may require a deposit at the time of booking.

If a deposit is required, this will be clearly communicated to you before confirming the appointment.

Deposits may be non‑refundable if you cancel without sufficient notice or if we arrive and cannot complete the job due to inaccurate information, unsafe conditions, or lack of access.
7. Non‑Payment and Payment Disputes
Payment is due as agreed at the time of service (for example, upon completion of the job or as otherwise stated in writing).
If a customer refuses to pay the agreed amount, or only wants to pay part of the amount after the work has been performed, we reserve the right to:

Stop work and not complete the job.

Remove any discounted pricing or special offers and charge our standard rates for the work already performed.

Pursue collection of unpaid balances through invoices, collection services, or other lawful means.
If you believe there is a genuine issue with the service, you must contact Carretos Junk Removal & Demo LLC within 24–48 hours so we can review the situation. Disagreement over price after the service has been properly performed does not automatically entitle you to a reduction, refund, or refusal to pay.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund, Cancellation, and Payment Disputes Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated Effective Date, and your continued use of our services after that date means you accept the updated policy.
