Final pricing may be adjusted at the time of service if the actual work, items, or conditions differ from what was originally described. Payment is due as agreed at the time of service (for example, upon completion of the job) using the payment methods we accept.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email.
We reserve the right to charge a fee, require a deposit for future bookings, or decline future services in cases of repeated last‑minute cancellations or no‑shows.

4. Items We May Not Accept

Certain items cannot be taken due to legal, safety, or environmental restrictions (for example, some hazardous materials, chemicals, or items prohibited by disposal sites).
Any limitations or exclusions will be discussed with you at or before the time of service, and we may decline to remove items that fall into restricted categories.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about the items and work to be performed.

  • Ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property, items, and work area.

  • Securing pets and informing us of any known hazards on the property.

  • Confirming that you have the authority to dispose of the items being removed.

If unsafe conditions exist or access is blocked, we may refuse or modify the service.

6. Damage and Limitation of Liability

We take reasonable care when performing services; however, some risk is inherent in junk removal and demolition work (for example, moving heavy items, working in tight spaces).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carretos is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a service will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific service.
